A qualified Norland Nanny and child behaviour specialist with over 14 years experience nannying for children with additional needs and challenging behaviour, Nicola shares her advice on diffusing meltdowns. Through the one hour workshop you will learn what causes meltdowns, including potential triggers, as well as the improtance of staying connected to your child during a meltdown. Nicola will then focus on providing you with a toolkit of techniques and strategies for what to do during a meltdown.
